Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted. However, we want to ensure your satisfaction.
Quality Issues: If there is an issue with the quality of your order (e.g., incorrect item, spoiled food), please notify us within 24 hours of receipt by emailing saharaonadams@gmail.com or calling (619) 380-2292. Be sure to include your order number and a description of the issue.
Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds or store credits may be issued for the following:

- Food items that were not stored or handled properly after pickup or delivery.
